Hi, I’m Lisa

My health journey began in 2006 when I was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism and Graves Disease. I was told I would be on medication for the rest of my life and on numerous occasions I was advised to have my thyroid removed (even when it was functioning well and my test results were within range).

I became determined to reverse my symptoms, heal my body in a natural way and no longer need medication – which I did. Without knowing at the time, my diagnosis eventually changed the direction of my life and led me to train as a Nutritional Therapist, so that I could support people looking for the same outcome.

It can be a lonely journey trying to figure it all out on your own, and I want to change that. No one should feel dismissed, unheard or left feeling like they have to just “get on with it”.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been living with a thyroid condition for years, I hope my story helps you realise that you don’t need to navigate this alone and that it is possible to feel like yourself again.

Alongside thyroid disorders I also help clients improve their gut health, skin health and navigate perimenopause.

My Qualifications and Training

I graduated with distinction from CNM with a diploma in Nutritional Therapy and am a registered practitioner with professional bodies including BANT and CNHC.
